What is your sick visit policy?
▼We reserve same-day appointments for sick children every day. Please call our office as early as possible in the morning to secure a same-day slot. For urgent concerns after hours, we have an on-call physician available 24/7.
How often should my child have well-child check-ups?
▼Well-child visits are recommended frequently in the first 2 years: at 3-5 days, 1 month, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 24 months. After age 2, annual check-ups are recommended to monitor growth, development, and ensure vaccinations stay current.
What is your cancellation policy?
▼We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another family in need. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
